Traditional Indigenous Games

I have planned some Phys Ed classes by including some Traditional Indigenous games. I have explained, to the best of my ability, why these games were used and how they were developed.

I like using these games in a Phys Ed class as a warm up type game. Most of the games I have been using are simple to set up type games and are great to get the students warmed up while I am setting up something more complex.
